Do I Need a New Sim Card?

Yes, you will need SIM card when you Bring Your Own Phone from a non-Sprint/Boost Mobile wireless provider.

Where can I get a SIM Card and activate my phone?

Please go to the nearest Sprint store to complete activation. www.sprint.com/store

The store will provide the customer with the UICC SIM Kit or a compatible UICC SIM Card for the device and either complete the Upgrade or New Line Activation.

Once activated, the store will turn on the phone to assure it is working properly.
